Friday July 4th is Independent Retailers Day.
Packhorse Court has lots of specialist Independent Shops which makes it the ideal day for celebration!
At 10:30am the Town Crier will visit the courtyard to read out the Packhorse Court declaration!
The aim of the day is to increase awareness of the benefits of using your local independent retailers – a recent study showed for every £1 spent in your local independent shop 50 to 70p ends up back in the local economy (compared to just 5p when spent online or at an out to town retail park).
