Last week we switched on the Keswick Christmas lights with fun, games and live music in the Courtyard, it was a fabulous event and we loved seeing all the children joining in with the songs.
We know have a Santa’s Grotto next to Touchwood Toys, where you can meet the big man himself!
All the shop windows are looking very festive and to aid in the celebrations we’ll be taking part in the Keswick Live Advent widow with two illuminated windows this December. On the 3rd of December we’ll have a Candle Lit Carole Concert from 4pm followed by the window reveal. On the 14th of December we’ll welcome the Keswick Amateur Operatic Society to the Yard before the advent window is revealed at The Card Collection.
Have a magical Christmas everyone.
Last Wednesday we were extra lucky to welcome two beautifully angelic school choirs to Packhorse Court.
St Herberts School in Keswick and Montreal School from Cleator Moor welcomed the crowds with a fantastic selection of songs, filling the court yard with music. Events like these really do put a smile on our faces…
Last week were delighted to have the grand opening of Evergreens Florist that moved from their old home over in number 17 to their brand, spanking new home – number 6!
It was a fabulous day with sandwiches, drinks, beautiful displays with Margaret cutting the ribbon (which was green of course!)
